The Queen Deluxe room and rest of the hotel are fabulous and the staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location is at the edge of Old Town and Chinatown. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of choices.

Friendly and helpful staff and a convenient 15 minute taxi ride from Surabaya Gubeng. Reception team were great especially when i realised i had left my phone in the taxi! All retuned safely... Good shower pressure and a nice little alcove to chill and have a beer after a long day's travel.

We only stayed at the Kokoon hotel for one night but it was perfect for what we needed. We were able to use the gym and the pool before having a delicious meal at the restaurant. The breakfast was also extremely varied and delicious.

Very cozy & nice hotel. All area look clean & tidy. Good touch Love it My suggestion: there is no hairdryer in the room. It's a possible for the HK to provide and guest can call to use/borrow Nice set up buffet breakfast, but better if the food is hot, other that Soto ayam & omelette 👍👍👍

The hotel has a uniqe and charming aesthetic and the restaurant has a good menu. As vegans they were happy and able to change a few things to suit our needs. The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Surabaya. Within walking distance to a few sights. The staff are very friendly and helpful, room is quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is incredible.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Efficient friendly staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Sufficient choice for inclusive breakfast. Enjoyed swimming pool

We only stayed for 1 night (arrived late and left early). But the dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were very good.

We booked two rooms this time for 4 of us. The rooms were comfy, breakfast spread was decent. Staff were efficient and attentive.
